Umrah Booking PK approached Proton Marketing with a clear vision: build the go-to digital platform for Umrah and Hajj travelers — one that aggregates service providers the way Skyscanner does for mainstream travel. The challenge was designing an experience that felt familiar and trustworthy to users already comfortable with travel booking platforms, while being deeply tailored to the specific needs of pilgrims. We designed the full UX/UI for both web and mobile app, covering the search and comparison engine, provider listings, package breakdowns, and booking flows — ensuring clarity, ease of use, and cultural sensitivity throughout every screen.
